Benefits Portal From Northern Trust Update

As noted earlier, Northern Trust mailed payroll advices to all annuitants in January. In addition, we have instructed Northern to mail advices in July and December. Please note the mailed direct deposit advice may look like a check but is clearly marked as NON-NEGOTIABLE. This advice is informational only and should not be deposited. 

For members that want to check more frequently on their annual earnings, Northern Trust provides FABF annuitants with 24/7 access to their payroll information. The Benefit Payment Participant Web Passport® is an optional web-based portal. Members may self‑enroll, view current account details, access 2026 tax statements (available January 2027), check payment status (paid vs. outstanding), and review recent payment history. Members electing to use the optional portal must enroll through the Northern Trust Payroll Services website at www.northerntrust.com/bppweb. All portal‑related inquiries, including enrollment and password resets, should be directed to Northern Trust, which manages the system.
